WORKPACKAGES

Workpackage 1

Start-up planning via Skype. With start-up planning before the kick-off meeting was implemented via Skype with project partners with the aim to discuss the plan of partners meeting in Lithuania. Start-up planning via Skype was organized in 2019-08. Moderator of Skype conference – project applicant. Expected results and outcomes of the work package were 1 meeting organized, 1 meeting agenda draft in Lithuania prepared, organizational capabilities of project team improved. Responsible partner – Social – educational initiatives centre PLUS.

Workpackage 4

Developing of educational art coaching scenarios as learning resources. The aim is to develop educational art coaching scenarios as learning resources. Preparation of educational art coaching scenarios was focused on empowerment of migrant women inclusion into labor market. Every partner implemented this activity individually. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: developed 12 educational art coaching scenarios as learning resources, professional competence of specialists improved.

Workpackage 7

Partners meeting in Lithuania, virtual meeting. The third partners meeting was implemented virtually. The aim partner meeting was to discuss and evaluate organized and piloted educational art coaching sessions. Each partner presented their experiences, evaluations and to discuss necessary improvement on developed educational art coaching sessions. Moderator and responsible partner of the meeting was partner from Lithuania/ Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: 1 meeting organized, 12 educational art coaching sessions (each partner experiences, evaluations and necessary improvements discussed) presented and evaluated.

Workpackage 9

Translation of educational art coaching sessions. The aim was to translate educational art coaching sessions into each partner mother tongue language (Swedish, Latvian, Lithuanian). Each partner translated 12 developed educational art coaching sessions into their mother tongue languages. Responsible partners were from Sweden/ IGITEGO ONG, Latvia/“Shelter “Safe House” and Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre. Expected results and outcomes of work package was: 12 translated educational art coaching sessions in Latvian, Lithuanian and Swedish.

Workpackage 12

Meeting in Sweden, hybrid meeting. Final meeting in Sweden was organize face to face and in virtual way. The aim partner meeting was to discuss and evaluate educational art coaching training for specialists working in unemployment offices, vocational training centers, adult education centers and to foreseen further steps of dissemination of project result (guidebook promotion) in each partner organization. Each partner presented their experiences, evaluations of training for specialists working in unemployment offices, vocational training centers, adult education centers and discussed follow-up activities after the project. Moderator and responsible partner of the meeting was partner from Sweden/IGITEGO ONG. Expected results and outcomes of work package was 1 meeting organized, 3 educational art coaching training (for specialists working in unemployment offices, vocational training centers, adult education centers), (each partner experiences, evaluations discussed) presented and evaluated. Agreed on further steps on the dissemination of project results by all partners, follow-up activities foreseen.

Workpackage 2

Partners meeting in Sweden. The first partners meeting was held in Sweden, in 2019-10. The aim of this kick-off meeting was to plan the management of the project, discuss risk analysis tool, share experiences of women migrant inclusion into labor market and to discuss forward steps of project implementation and share responsibilities, deadlines of activities. Partners meeting activity involved: preparation for the meeting (doing homework tasks or planned tasks), organization and participation in partners meeting (seeking to achieve the aim of the meeting), evaluation of meeting (reflective discussion). Moderator and organizer of the meeting was Lithuania/ Social – educational initiatives centre PLUS. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: 1 meeting is organized, 8 specialists participated in the meeting. Project management capabilities improved, professional competences developed and responsibilities shared.

Workpackage 5

Partners meeting in Latvia, virtual meeting. The second partners meeting was implemented virtually. The aim partner meeting was to present developed educational art coaching scenarios as learning resources of each partner, to discuss questions related to organizing and piloting educational art coaching sessions. Every partner presented developed own educational art coaching scenarios. Moderator and responsible partner of the meeting was partner from Latvia/“Shelter “Safe House”. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: 1 meeting organized, 12 educational art coaching scenarios as learning resources presented by each partner.

Workpackage 8

Improvement of educational art coaching sessions. The aim was to improve developed educational art coaching sessions. After piloting developed educational art coaching sessions improvement and corrections on art coaching sessions which weren’t enough sufficient were made. Responsible partner Lithuania/ Social was educational initiatives center PLUS. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: 12 improved educational art coaching sessions which are ready for translations and publishing in guidebook.

Workpackage 10

Development of Nordic/Baltic virtual guidebook presenting educational Art Coaching sessions. The aim was to design, prepare and publish virtual Nordic/Baltic guidebook presenting educational Art Coaching sessions. Preparation of content, structuring and designing of each part of the guidebook, collecting feedback/recommendations from participants and project team members. Responsible partners were Social – educational initiatives centre PLUS/ Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre (one was responsible for technical part the second one – for the content). Expected results and outcomes of work package was: published 1 virtual Nordic/Baltic guidebook presenting educational Art Coaching sessions.

Workpackage 13

Promoting educational art coaching guidebook for stakeholders. The aim was to promote educational art coaching guidebook for stakeholders through newsletters, other social media channels. Each partner promoted the developed guidebook via newsletters and social media channels. A social media page (group) was created and devoted to the project. Responsible partners were from Latvia, Sweden and Lithuania. Expected results and outcomes of the work package was: promoted educational art coaching guidebook for stakeholders through newsletters, other social media channels, the amount of reached up to 2000 stakeholders.

Workpackage 3

Developing innovative curriculum of art coaching.
Work package 3.1 Gathering suitable coaching techniques suitable for transformation. The aim of this activity was to gather suitable coaching techniques suitable for transformation in the context of art. Activity involved: analysis, research of coaching techniques in different resources: scientific literature, good practices, books, handbooks, online materials etc. and selection of the most suitable coaching techniques for transformation in the context of art. Responsible was Lithuania/Social – educational initiatives centre PLUS. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: selected 16 suitable coaching techniques for transformation in the context of art.
Work package 3.2 Preparing innovative curriculum of art coaching. The aim of this activity was to develop innovative curriculum based art coaching based on self-directed learning to empower migrant women inclusion into labor market. Preparation of innovative curriculum on topics related to migrant women employment and career plan. The curriculum included such parts: purpose of the course, learning outcomes, learning methods, assessment methods, content of the course, references but according to the partners working experiences could be modified. Besides it, form of scenario sample for art coaching session was developed and structured. Responsible was Lithuania/ Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre. Expected results and outcomes of work package were developed innovative curriculum of art coaching involving form of scenario sample for art coaching session.

Workpackage 6

Organizing and piloting developed educational art coaching sessions. The aim was to organize and pilot developed educational art coaching sessions. Every partner in their countries organized and piloted developed educational art coaching sessions seeking to develop migrant women employment and career plan. Each partner “Shelter “Safe House” Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre IGITEGO ONG, organized 4 art coaching sessions. Expected results and outcomes of work package were: organized and piloted 12 educational art coaching sessions (in each country 4 art coaching sessions) in which totally in the partnership 32 women participated.

Workpackage 11

Organizing of educational art coaching training for specialists working in unemployment offices, vocational training centers, adult education centers. The aim was to organize educational art coaching training for specialists working in unemployment offices, vocational training centers, adult education centers and other institutions working with migrants. Besides it, Nordic/Baltic virtual educational Art Coaching guidebook was presented for all participants. During the training specialists were trained how to use/adopt developed Art Coaching sessions for migrant women employment and career planning in the context of their integration. Responsible partners were from Sweden/ IGITEGO ONG, Latvia/“Shelter “Safe House” and Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre. Expected results and outcomes of work package was: organized educational art coaching training in each partner country. It total 80 specialists working in unemployment offices, vocational training centers, adult education centers were trained.
